NexRemote Global HR Agency • Candidate Vetting Requirement
This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between NexRemote Global HR Agency ("Company") and the undersigned Candidate ("Recipient").
The Recipient seeks employment or contractor placement opportunities through the Company. In connection with this purpose, the Company may disclose confidential trade secrets, client rosters, software systems, and proprietary placement protocols ("Confidential Information").
The Recipient agrees to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence and shall not disclose, copy, reproduce, or distribute any information to third parties without prior written consent from the Company.
This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of five (5) years from execution. Violations of this agreement are subject to immediate legal action across applicable international jurisdictions.
